This initiative is the brainchild of Bert Travis from Alsip, IL. Bert has been distributing 'Start Seeing Bicycles' signs for the past few years in the Chicagoland area. Bert has partnered with Ride Illinois and is excited for the opportunity to share the signs and their message across Illinois!
